We are here to help you during this time with contactless delivery however due to COVID there might be certain items that are out of stock or delays in shipping your orders.


Our current Status:

  • We are open for business - Our customer care team is available during business hours via Live Chat 7-Days.
  • Our warehouse is open and fulfilling order however fulfilment times are slightly delayed due to COVID safety measures and demand.


Shipping partner status:

With current border closures and checks we are seeing the following ETA's:

  • Sydney Metro, NSW -  7-14 business days
  • Melb Metro, VIC-Regional, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT – 14-28 business days
  • International – 14-28 business days

Holiday Shipping Cut-off Dates:

Below is a list of recommended shipment dates from the carriers that we use, however, we would suggest having your orders in extra early this year due to the backlog in shipment cause by COVID. 

Order on or before December 10th for the East Coast and December 1st for SA, WA and NT.
