We are here to help you during this time with contactless delivery however due to COVID there will be certain items that are out of stock and delays in shipping your orders.


January 5th update

We have been advised by all carriers that they are experiencing unprecedented volumes of freight.

Carriers have advised they are working around the clock, including weekends, however, this has not relieved the pressure on depots to clear all freight and they are currently 3 working days behind in scanning and sorting received freight.

They have apologised for this delay. Whilst they are still receiving freight, they have advised it must be on the understanding that it will be processed ASAP but will be delayed will until further notice.

We understand these delays are significant, we and all of our carriers are doing everything possible to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.

Our current Status:

  • We are open for business - Our customer care team is available during business hours via Live Chat 7-Days. Live chat is the best method for contacting us during this time.
  • Our warehouse is open and fulfilling order however fulfilment times are slightly delayed due to COVID safety measures and demand.

Please be advised these ETAs are best-case scenarios. Please plan for longer delivery times with the current courier backlog.
