How do I set up an automatic order?

 

 

Detailed Instructions:

  • Visit each item and select how often you want that item to be automatically shipped and then add it to your cart. You will pay for the order that you are creating during checkout and we will ship the order to right away.
  • In the future, at the time that you have selected, our system will create an automatic order for you
  • Seven days prior to the order being processed, our system will send you an email alerting you to the order
  • If you wish to amend your order or take advantage of a promotional offer, simply email us 24 hours before the order process time and we will update your order.
  • If you choose, you can log into the "My Account" section and cancel an automatic order up until the time it is processed
  • Once the order date arrives, the system will charge your method of payment (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX)
  • Your order will be shipped to you

An example:

Imagine that you use 1kg of sanitizer, 1kg of shock and 1kg of filter cleaner every two months and you purchase new filters every twelve months.

To set up your order you would visit each of the items and define the date for auto-delivery. In this example you would set each of the 1Kg chemicals to "Every 2 months" and you would set the filters to "Yearly. You would add each item to your cart, checkout and pay.

Immediately, 1kg of sanitizer, 1kg of shock, 1kg of filter cleaner and the filters would be shipped to you. In two months' time and for every two months until you cancel the auto-order, 1kg of sanitizer, 1kg of shock and 1kg of filter cleaner would be sent to you. Every 12 months the filters would be sent to you.

 

How do I modify my automatic order?

If you want to add, remove, or replace an item from your order, you must contact us via live chat, email, or phone to modify your order. This must be done before the automatic order is paid for as it will be sent to our warehouse after this and we will not be able to modify the order.

 

Once I make a change to my order does it change the future orders?

The change only impacts the current order. To change all future orders, you will need to cancel the existing auto-order for the item and make a new automatic order. To cancel your auto order, log into the "My Account" section and scroll down to subscriptions where you simply click "Cancel" on the subscription.

 

How do I cancel my automatic order?

You can cancel your automatic order, by logging into the "My Account" section and scrolling down to subscriptions where you simply click "Cancel" on the subscription.

 

How do I change my address for automatic order and will it be updated on future orders?

You can change the address on your automatic order, by logging into the "My Account" section and click on the Edit my address book button. The address change will be reflected in all future orders.

 

How can I pay for my automatic order?

Our automatic order system only allows payment using Visa, Mastercard or AMEX and your card will be automatically charged 7 days after you receive the order notification email.

 

What happens when my card expires?

You don't have to do anything. Our auto order system uses Stripe payments to process your payment and Stripe is connected to your bank so that when your card details change, Stripe updates your card details automatically.

 

How is my shipping charge calculated?

Shipping is automatically calculated every time your auto-order is created.

 

What happens if I decide I do not want my order?

Please notify us as soon as you can if you do not want your next order. If it is 24 hours before the order is processed and charged, we can cancel the order at no cost to you and leave your subscription in place.

However, if you wait too long and we have shipped your order, you will need to receive the order and contact us to set up a return authorisation for you. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge and a restocking fee. See our returns policy.

All changes to orders must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being processed. If the order has been processed and you have been charged we cannot make a change to the order.
