Spa Store Returns Request

Use this form to request a return of an item within 30 days or purchase or repair/replacement for a faulty item under warranty. Please refer to our Returns Policy before submitting the form.

  1. Complete all fields in the form below
  2. Write a detailed explanation of the reason for the return
  3. In a seperate email or phone call we may contact you to request further information if needed 
  4. Please upload pictures of the item if faulty
  5. You may be requested to send the item back to the warehouse. You need to cover the cost of this, but retain the receipt and this may be reimbursed if the request is approved.
  6. If a return request is approved, we may repair the item or provide a replacement item for you to fulfill our obligations under consumer law, or in some cases we may provide a refund if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.



Current delivery times

Please note that due to the current Covid-19 situation, it may take longer than normal for your request to be processed. We are currently experiencing dispatch delays in our warehouse and delivery delays with all the major Australian courier companies. This may affect the delivery time for a replacement part. View our current delivery time estimates.  


Note regarding electrical parts

All electrical parts are to be fitted by a qualified electrician, pool or spa technician only.

Spa Store will not be liable for incorrect installation, damage or injury caused by an unqualified person installing any part.
